Do you know someone who could be being bullied?

What you need to know

If you think that you know someone who is being bullied you need to know what signs to look out for, what you should do and how you can help them.

What you can do

If you want to help someone there are lots of things you can do:

  • You can talk to them and let them know they can rely on you.
  • If they want to talk and open up to you, listen to them and take it seriously
  • Help them to work through their options.
  • Try to persuade them to tell someone in authority or someone they trust.
