Self Confidence

What you need to know

If you don't look like a pop or film star you are still attractive and you can still be happy and successful.

Even the most confident looking and behaving people can be insecure on the inside.

If you are at ease and confident about yourself this will shine through.

What you can do

There are lots of things you can do to make yourself seem more confident:

  • Concentrate on your positive features, what do you like about yourself?
  • Smile more - this makes you appear to be more friendly and confident.
  • Improve your posture, stand up straight and don't slouch.
  • Take a deep breath before you speak and think in advance about what you are going to say.
  • Most importantly, relax and believe in yourself.
