The Connexions Direct website and associated Helpline is the Department for Education's main online vehicle for the provision of information and advice to teenagers. This is a national service, offering a backdrop of support to local providers of information, advice and guidance to young people. . It offers young people aged 13-19 information on a wide range of topics, including practical help and confidential advice.

The website provides online information and access to Connexions Direct Advisers.

Key sections of the site

There are ten key sections on the site providing information. These sections are Careers, Learning, Health, Housing, Free Time, Work, Money, Relationships, Your Rights, and Travel.

The website also provides communication and interaction between young people and trained Connexions Direct Helpline Advisers. You can contact Connexions Direct in several different ways and these are listed under the Communication Channels section.
