CXD-i (Connexions Direct-interactive) is part of Connexions Direct - www.connexions-direct.com. It has been developed to complement and enhance the way information is delivered by Connexions Direct following consultation with young people.

CXD-i uses Flash to deliver most of its content but a non-flash version is also available.

Key sections

There are three key sections on CXD-i. These are Watch, Play and Vote.

Sitemap

The sitemap lists all the pages on CXD-i and tells you what each key section contains. The sitemap can also help you find the information you are looking for.

Searching

You can also search for content on CXD-i by using the search box located on the homepage and at the top right corner of all other pages on www.connexions-direct.com. Enter a keyword or phrase into the search box and click the Go next to the box. Any matches from CXD-i will be indicated within the search results.

If no matches to your search are found, you will be told so, and encouraged to search again using a different keyword or phrase.

Video Clips

All video clips throughout CXD-i can be viewed with subtitles. Just click on the "subtitles on" button towards the top of the page and the subtitles will appear under the video clip.

Downloads

If any of the information on CXD-i requires specific computer packages in order for you to view or download it, we will always provide you with access to these packages. This will be highlighted throughout the site where required.

External Links

All external links contained within CXD-i are underlined to help you identify them and the majority will open in a new browser window. This is indicated by the wording "Links open in new window". To get back to CXD-i simply close the new browser window.

Where it is not stated that the link opens in a new window, the target page will open in the same browser window. To get back to the Connexions Direct site, simply click on the back arrow in the top left corner of the page.
